Auditors Who Earned QIA Certification Reflect the Company’s Commitment to Enhancing the Competence of Its Audit Workforce

Yogyakarta, 5 July 2023 – PT PLN Gas & Geothermal auditors Anang Syahbanu and Abdul Hadi today received their Qualified Internal Auditor (QIA) certification, recognizing their competence in internal auditing, a skill essential for upholding the quality and professionalism of internal auditors.

The QIA graduation ceremony was held in conjunction with the 2023 Internal Auditor Conference, which took place at the Tentrem Hotel in Yogyakarta on July 5–6, 2023. Organized by the Internal Audit Education Foundation (YPIA), the event aimed to recognize practitioners who have passed the professional certification exam and are qualified and competent to carry out their duties and responsibilities, thereby earning the right to hold QIA certification.

The QIA Graduation Ceremony was graced by prominent figures such as Dahlan Iskan (Former Minister of State-Owned Enterprises & CEO of PLN), Muhammad Chatib Basri (Chairman of Bank Mandiri), Viviana Dyah Ayu Retno K. (CFO of Bank BRI), Emma Sri Martini (CFO of Pertamina), and several other notable figures.

Another goal of this event is to serve as a forum for practitioners in related fields to share knowledge and experiences regarding current issues and how to provide the best solutions for their professions, organizations, and the nation, as well as to foster networking and establish new relationships with other companies, and to draw on lessons learned from successful practices at other companies for implementation at PLNGG.
