Leadership Transition: PLN Energi Gas Holds Handover Ceremony for VP KSA and Corporate Secretary

Jakarta, 12 August 2025 – PT PLN Energi Gas held a farewell and welcome ceremony at its headquarters on Tuesday, August 12, 2025. The event was marked by a spirit of camaraderie and served as an important milestone in the leadership transition at PLN Energi Gas.

The ceremony was attended by the entire Board of Directors (BOD) and management of PLN Energi Gas, as a gesture of support and appreciation for the dedication and contributions of the officials who had previously held these positions.

On this occasion, the handover of the position of Vice President of Finance, Human Resources, and Administration (VP KSA) took place, with Mr. Randika Prabowo handing over the role to Mr. Akin Septiawan Permono. Additionally, the position of Corporate Secretary, previously held by Ms. Evi Purnama Sari, was officially transferred to Ms. Elok Faiqoh Saptining Ratri with the Director of Finance and Human Resources acting as representative.

The Board of Directors expressed its highest appreciation to the outgoing officials for their dedication, performance, and tangible contributions during their tenure. Meanwhile, PLN Energi Gas also warmly welcomed the new officials, who are expected to bring enthusiasm, fresh ideas, and strengthen the company’s strategic role in supporting the transformation and development of the national natural gas business.
