PT PLN Energi Gas Sukses Melaksanakan RUPS RKAP Tahun Buku 2025

Jakarta, 30 January 2025 – PT PLN Energi Gas (PLN EG) held a General Shareholders’ Meeting (GSM) to discuss and approve the Company’s Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) for Fiscal Year 2025 as well as the Company’s 2025 Management Contract/KPIs. The meeting, held at the GranDhika Iskandarsyah Hotel, proceeded smoothly and was filled with enthusiasm.

The 2025 RKAP GMS was attended by shareholders, namely PT PLN Energi Primer Indonesia, represented by the Director of Human Capital Management and Administration, Mr. Dedeng Hidayat, and the Director of Finance, Mr. Efin Febriantoro R., as well as the PT PLN Education and Welfare Foundation (YPK PLN). Of course, the Board of Directors, the Board of Commissioners, and the entire structural management of PLN EG were also present at this event.

This AGM reaffirmed the company’s commitment to implementing good corporate governance (GCG) and ensuring the achievement of carefully planned operational and financial targets.

PLN EG’s Acting President Director, Mr. Edwin Bangun, stated that the agreed-upon 2025 Annual Business Plan (RKAP) is expected to serve as a strategic guide for the company in its operations and in addressing future challenges.

PLN EG is optimistic that, with the full support of its shareholders and the cooperation of the entire management team, the company will continue to grow and make its best contribution to a clean and sustainable national energy security.
