PLN Energi Gas and PLN Nusantara Power ULPLTG/MG Duri Launch the KAPOSI+ Program to Strengthen the Competencies of Posyandu Cadres in Balaipungut Village
Balaipungut, 19 May 2026 – As part of its commitment to community empowerment and improving the quality of health services in the areas surrounding the company’s operations, PLN Energi Gas, together with PLN Nusantara Power ULPLTG/MG Duri, implemented a Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program titled KAPOSI+ (Posyandu Cadre Initiative Plus) at the ULPLTG/MG Duri Office in Balaipungut Village.
The event was attended by Posyandu cadres—residents of Balaipungut Village—with a primary focus on enhancing the cadres’ capacity and basic competencies to support more optimal and adaptive community health services.
The KAPOSI+ program was implemented through a Basic Competency Training for Cadres and the soft launch of the KAPOSI+ Mobile App, a digital innovation expected to support the effectiveness of data collection, education, and services provided by Posyandu cadres to the community.
The event was also attended by management and stakeholders, including the Corporate Secretary of PLN Energi Gas, Elok Faiqoh Saptining Ratri; the TL K3KL of PLN Nusantara Power, Amirul Akbar Rosadi; and the Village Head of Balaipungut, Aisah.
In her remarks, PLN Energi Gas Corporate Secretary Elok Faiqoh Saptining Ratri stated that the KAPOSI+ program is a tangible expression of the company’s commitment to improving public health by empowering posyandu cadres as the frontline providers of health services at the village level.
“Through the KAPOSI+ program, we hope that posyandu cadres will be better prepared to face the challenges of public health services with enhanced competencies and the use of adaptive and sustainable digital technology,” she said.
Meanwhile, the Village Head of Balaipungut, Aisah, expressed her appreciation for the collaboration and attention given by PLN Energi Gas and PLN Nusantara Power to the village community, particularly in supporting the capacity building of posyandu cadres.
It is hoped that this program will not merely be a ceremonial event but will also create a sustainable impact on improving public health and strengthening collaboration between the companies and the communities surrounding their operational areas.
