Farewell and Welcome Ceremony for the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of PT PLN Energi Gas
Jakarta, 30 October 2024 – PT PLN Energi Gas held a farewell and welcome ceremony for the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners at the PT PLN Energi Gas Headquarters. This event was organized as a gesture of respect and appreciation for the outgoing officials and to welcome the new officials who were appointed through a resolution of the Circular General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) on October 1, 2024.

The event was attended by the entire management team of PT PLN Energi Gas, employees, and other invited guests. In his remarks, the new CEO, Mr. Edwin Bangun, expressed his gratitude for the dedication of previous executives who had made significant contributions to the company’s growth. He also reaffirmed his commitment to continuing the company’s strategic programs to support national energy security.
The outgoing CEO, Mr. Moh Riza Affiandi, also delivered a farewell address. In his remarks, he expressed gratitude for the support of the entire team during his tenure. “I am confident that under the new leadership, PT PLN Energi Gas will continue to advance and be able to meet the challenges of the energy industry in the future. I congratulate all the new executives and wish them the very best for their success,” said Moh Riza Affiandi.
The former Chairman of the Board of Commissioners, Mr. A Daryanto Ariyadi, also delivered remarks. In his speech, he expressed pride in the company’s achievements during his tenure as Chairman of the Board of Commissioners. “I am grateful to have been part of PT PLN Energi Gas’s journey. To the new Chairman of the Board of Commissioners, I entrust this great responsibility to continue upholding integrity and supporting the company’s growth,” said A Daryanto Ariyadi.
The new Chairman of the Board of Commissioners, Mr. Dedi Budi Utomo, also expressed his appreciation for the trust placed in him to lead the Board of Commissioners. He is committed to continuing to support management in achieving the company’s vision and mission.
The farewell and welcome ceremony concluded with a joint prayer for the new official’s success in carrying out his duties and responsibilities. With this change, PT PLN Energi Gas is optimistic that it can continue to improve the company’s performance and make a significant contribution to the energy sector in Indonesia.
